Whenever I talk or write about grass, it is either to weed or compost it. Today I talk art about it. Better still, let me show you.

There is also the traditional Sikki grass art wares made from grass found growing north of Bihar, India. These creations have been sold globally as eco-friendly, biodegradable craft products.

I am not done yet. What about the kind that have not been cut off its roots? For that, you have to check out the work of award winning artists, Heather Ackroyd and Dan Harvey. Their Grass Art have been recently displayed at 2008 Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

Yes, there is money to be made from grass be it cut and dried or living green.
